Qualifications

• Culinary degree/certification preferred.
• 2–4 years in culinary management/supervisory roles preferred.
• Experience in high-volume catering is preferred.
• Experience ordering and monitoring supplies.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals and portions to specifications and timelines.
• Collaborate with executive chef to plan core menu and specials.
• Train and supervise kitchen staff to meet standards.
• Control kitchen budget and labor costs to ensure profitability.
• Ensure sanitation and safe food temperatures and storage.
