Job summary

• 4+ years of Executive Sous Chef experience

Responsibilities

• Oversee mid- and closing kitchen duties and control costs
• Lead BOH shifts and ensure efficient operations including food prep
• Maintain inventory levels and regular ordering
• Hire, onboard, train, and develop BOH staff
• Conduct line checks and tastings to ensure quality
• Coordinate food production and timing with FOH
• Work varied shifts at multiple sites and assist with travel as needed
• Move and lift up to 50 pounds
