Job summary

Western Hills Country Club in Cincinnati, Ohio is seeking a Sous Chef/Kitchen Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. The role requires evening, weekend, and holiday availability and entails supervising food production for outlets and banquets under the direction of the Executive Chef.

Ideal candidates will have 3–5 years of kitchen leadership, a culinary degree or certification, strong staff coaching and cost-control skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional member dining.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience as a Cook, Sous Chef or Kitchen Manager with a proven track record of growth.
• Management experience including hiring staff, coaching, performance management, discipline and counseling.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Executive Chef in supervising food production for all outlets, banquets, and functions.
• Supervise kitchen staff, coordinate line-ups, and ensure quality, cost, and presentation standards.
