The Mina Group is seeking an experienced culinary leader to join our Restaurant Excellence Team (REX). You will mentor kitchen staff, lead culinary operations across Mina Group locations, and collaborate with general managers and corporate chefs to elevate guest experiences.

Ideal candidates have extensive kitchen leadership, strong financial acumen, and the ability to train staff while maintaining high standards of food quality and sanitation.
