The Executive Sous Chef will be second in leadership reporting to the Executive Chef.
Responsibilities
- Making every single meal a feast for the eyes and treat for the tastebuds
- Directing daily kitchen activities as well as coaching and developing a team
- Assist with hiring, training, and performance management
- Supporting the Executive Chef to plan events, manage staff and labor, inventory and food safety in the kitchen
- Encouraging and addressing guest feedback
- Coordinate with Sales, Catering, and Event Teams
- Ensure banquet production timelines are met
- Working closely with the Executive Chef to forecast and plan
- Support menu development and recipe standardization
Qualifications
- Degree or certificate in Culinary Arts
- 4 years’ experience as a chef
- At least 2 years in a supervisory capacity, or equivalent combination of education and culinary/kitchen operations experience
- Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays

The salary range for this role is $67,000 to $87,000. This job is also eligible for bonus pay.
