Qualifications

• Culinary degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 2-3 years of management in a high-volume/high-end restaurant kitchen.
• Experience in Banquet Catering and events.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operation of a high-volume catering operation.
• Supervise culinary and stewarding staff; train and enforce standards.
• Maintain food costs and meet budget goals; manage inventories.
• Ensure Serve Safe certification and health department compliance.
• Maintain a Health Department score of 90 or higher.
