Job summary

Qualifications

  • Assist Executive Chef in budgeting and controlling overheads.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygienic practices in the kitchen.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction with operations.
  • Control purchasing and receiving standards.
  • Inspect food service sections for quality.
