• 2-3 years experience as a Sous Chef, Chef de Cuisine, Kitchen Manager, or Head Chef in a high-volume restaurant setting.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Adherence to sanitation and food safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day culinary operations in the steakhouse kitchen.
• Contribute to the creation of new dishes and refine existing ones.
• Train new kitchen staff and ensure all adhere to food preparation protocols.
