Sodexo's Virgin Atlantic Clubhouse at Dulles International Airport in Dulles, VA is seeking a seasoned Sous Chef / Kitchen Manager to lead upscale food production in a high-volume, scratch kitchen environment.

You will standardize operations, mentor and develop a kitchen team, design innovative menus, oversee procurement and cost controls, and ensure safety and quality across all service periods.

Qualifications

• Hands-on chef with upscale food production experience.
• Experience in high-volume kitchens preferred.
• Nights and weekends availability required.
