Sodexo’s Airline Lounge Segment is seeking a seasoned Sous Chef / Kitchen Manager to oversee the Virgin Atlantic Clubhouse at Dulles International Airport in Dulles, VA. This hands-on leadership role focuses on standardizing operations, elevating menus, and managing upscale food production with a strong emphasis on teamwork and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Management experience: 1–3 years in relevant kitchens.
• Related experience: 1–3 years in high-volume, upscale food production.
• ServSafe and HACCP knowledge are required.

Responsibilities

• Lead culinary operations and standardize processes across the kitchen.
• Mentor and develop team members, and evaluate performance.
• Oversee procurement and sourcing of ingredients.
• Design menus balancing creativity with client preferences and nutrition.
