Role Description
This is a full-time Executive Sous Chef role located on-site in Salinas, CA at Bernardus Lodge & Spa. The Executive Sous Chef will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, assisting the Executive Chef in menu planning, supervising staff, and ensuring the highest quality of culinary experiences for guests.
