Position: Executive Sous Chef (Full-time)

Responsibilities:

  1. Assist the Executive Chef in hiring, training, supervising, and scheduling associates.
  2. Prepare, cook, and present food according to productivity standards, cost controls, and forecasted needs.
  3. Monitor team performance, product quality, and production flow; foster continuous improvement.
  4. Assist in creating and implementing new menus.
  5. Audit food storeroom items and oversee inventory to ensure consistent quality and adherence to health codes.
  6. Enforce safety procedures and cleanliness standards throughout the kitchen, including walk-in and reach-in refrigerators.
  7. Handle special projects and assignments from the Executive Chef for ongoing improvement.
  8. Perform all other duties as assigned.
