Goodwin Recruiting is seeking an Executive Sous Chef for a chef-driven fine dining restaurant in Chattanooga, TN. This hands-on leadership role requires directing kitchen operations, mentoring staff, and upholding Michelin-level standards in a demanding environment.

Relocation to Chattanooga is required. The ideal candidate brings at least 2 years of leadership in upscale dining, with experience in Michelin-starred or James Beard-recognized settings, exceptional cooking skills, and strong cost

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of culinary leadership in upscale, fine dining or chef-driven restaurants.
• Experience in Michelin-starred or James Beard-recognized establishments is highly preferred.
• Hands-on leader with strong technical cooking skills and commitment to quality and presentation.
• Proven ability to lead kitchen teams and execute high-level service under pressure.
• Knowledge of food cost, inventory, ordering and waste management.

What We’re Looking For:
