Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a Social Media Manager to own executive presence on LinkedIn, shaping strategy for the CEO, CFO, CHRO and other leaders. You will write posts, manage calendars, review content, and coordinate with Legal, IR, Brand and Talent Acquisition to ensure disclosure and reputational standards.

Collaborate across teams to convert priorities into credible, timely content; monitor reach and engagement, oversee insights, protect security, and uphold consistent leadership

Qualifications

• Required: Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, marketing or related field; 6+ years in social media or related field.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills; ability to write authentically in different leaders’ voices.
• Portfolio or samples demonstrating social content for senior executives.
• Experience with disclosure and compliance considerations for public-company executives.

Responsibilities

• Develop executive social strategies for the CEO, CFO, CHRO and other leaders. Align with priorities and voice.
• Write posts, articles, and short-form video scripts in distinct executive voices.
• Coordinate editorial planning, publishing, and account administration.
• Ensure compliance with Legal, IR and Disclosure Committee; manage sensitive information.
