• Minimum 15 years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Proven success leading complex manufacturing organizations with performance improvements.
• Experience implementing Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience leading organizational transformation, automation, and digital manufacturing initiatives.
