Job summary

GE HealthCare seeks an Executive Site Leader to set the vision and direction for the Electric Avenue manufacturing site. You will own safety, quality, delivery, cost, people, and innovation while aligning with enterprise priorities and regulatory requirements.

You will translate business strategy into priorities, lead transformation, drive continuous improvement, and build an inclusive, high-performing organization across functions globally.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Proven ability to lead complex manufacturing organizations and drive operational improvements.
• Experience implementing Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement.
• Experience leading organizational transformation, automation, and digital manufacturing initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead site operations, delivering world-class performance across safety, quality, delivery, cost, people, and innovation.
• Develop and execute the site's strategic vision, operating plans, and business objectives.
• Drive transformation, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Build a high-performing, inclusive organization with strong talent development and succession planning.
• Ensure capacity, product quality, delivery, and financial targets align with regulatory requirements.
• Own the site operating plan, financial performance, and capital investment strategy.
