Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree is required.
• Current SIE, Series 7 & 63 license required
• Demonstrated success in providing exceptional customer service, particularly by phone and email
• Understanding equity markets and trading would be a definite asset
• Flexibility to support a variety of shift times between Monday and Friday
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong analytical, attention-to-detail, and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable in a fast-paced and evolving environment
• Proven ability to triage and prioritize multiple tasks

Responsibilities

• Inbound and outbound calls to stock option and share purchase plan executive level participants
• Working with the executive teams of our issuers on complex issues such as establishing 10b5-1 plans, 144 filings, share gifting, money movement etc.
• Sensitively addressing customer needs and challenges in a timely and efficient manner
• Using ShareworksTM and other online tools to respond to client inquiries
• Responding to complaints from participants, including ensuring all situations are resolved or escalated appropriately
• Achieving daily benchmarks for call volumes and accuracy of responses
• Following established processes to ensure privacy, compliance and audit requirements are always met
• Working closely with all team members, ensuring information is shared as appropriate
