• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Current SIE, Series 7 & 63 license required.
• Demonstrated success in providing exceptional customer service by phone and email.
• Understanding equity markets and trading is a definite asset but not required.

Responsibilities

• Inbound and outbound calls to stock option and share purchase plan executive level participants.
• Work with issuer executive teams on 10b5-1 plans, 144 filings, share gifting, and money movement.
• Address customer needs and challenges in a timely, efficient manner.
• Respond to inquiries using ShareworksTM and other online tools.
• Respond to complaints and escalate as needed to ensure issues are resolved.
