Job summary

Morgan Stanley is seeking an Executive Services Specialist to manage 10b5-1 trading plans and restricted stock transactions for Issuers and executives. You will interact daily with C-Suite clients, issuer teams, advisors and internal partners to ensure accurate plan documentation and compliant execution.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and licenses (SIE, Series 7, 63), with MBA/CFA CEP/ECA preferred. Strong MS Office skills and exceptional client service are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; licenses: SIE, Series 7, Series 63 required.
• Experience in Capital Markets, Investment Banking or Stock Plan Admin preferred.
• Strong client-service orientation with high-touch, concierge-level service.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for executive participants, issuers and advisors on 10b5-1 plans and related equity matters.
• Provide high-quality support via calls and email; document plans and resolve issues.
• Lead plan implementation discussions with managers and clients, advising on schedules.
