Job summary

Concentric Advisors is hiring a Part-Time Corporate Security Agent embedded with a client in Arlington, VA. The role requires working onsite with the client, providing holistic security, incident support, and threat management.

Responsibilities include safeguarding personnel, developing SOPs, incident reporting, executive protection, and coordination with Protective Services. A minimum of 2 years in armed security or law enforcement with HR218/LEOSA is preferred, with CCW eligibility and strong

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience, preferably in an armed corporate security position or previous law enforcement employment with an HR218/LEOSA credential.
• Current or retired law enforcement officers or possess a CCW issued by the State is required or can be obtained.
• Strong ethics, discretion, and diplomacy with ability to interface with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Safeguard the client site and personnel from security and safety hazards
• Provide professional security coverage for employees and guests per policies
• Establish a front-facing security presence during business hours
• Assist in development and implementation of SOPs
• Maintain accurate incident reports and activity logs
• Support HR security-related processes (terminations, screenings, access removal)
• Collaborate with Protective Services for executive needs and events
• Provide executive protection support, including travel duties as needed
• Interact with clients and Protective Services for on-site support
• Perform other duties as assigned
