Job summary

GlassRatner Advisory & Capital Group LLC in Los Angeles is seeking an Intern to support our Executive Search practice. You will gain hands-on experience across engagements, work with teams and clients, and take on assignments similar to Associates.

Interns who perform well may be considered for full-time opportunities upon graduation; the role offers exposure to leading brands, rigorous analysis, and a collaborative, entrepreneurial culture.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited college/university.
• Excellent written communication skills, with strong business and technical writing experience
• Ability to truly listen, to be empathetic and open minded
• Attention to detail, strong organizational, analytical, planning and project management skills
• Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills, ability to interact with executives and senior leaders
• Goal oriented with a strong work ethic

Responsibilities

• Supporting the recruitment process at every stage
• Assisting with job postings and executive packages for candidates
• Identifying prospective candidates through targeted company research, industry sources, relevant prior searches, databases, social media and other internal sources
• Conducting pre-screening calls and/or virtual meetings to qualify prospective candidates for opportunities and presenting the opportunity to these individuals
• Documenting candidate summaries and interview notes, and updating and managing client reports
• Utilizing our CRM/ATS system ensuring data integrity and client access in real time
• Supporting the calendar management for the Principals and Partners with respect to candidate interviews and client engagements
