Job summary

A specialist executive search firm is looking for an Executive Search Delivery Consultant to support the delivery of senior leadership searches. This remote position focuses on identifying and engaging executive-level talent and managing candidates throughout the search process. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years of experience in executive search, preferably with a technology background, and experience within VC and PE-backed companies. Strong sourcing and candidate management skills are essential.
