Job summary

Renova One seeks an Executive Project Director to own the full lifecycle of restoration projects nationwide, including estimating, selling work, and managing jobs to completion. This role blends business development with hands-on execution to build Renova One's presence in Washington DC and surrounding markets.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in restoration or construction, with proven sales and project management experience, and the ability to travel to loss sites across the United States as

Qualifications

• Experience leading restoration projects end-to-end.
• Strong ability to develop client relationships and win work.
• Proven track record of managing budgets and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Estimate restoration jobs with scope, pricing, and timeline.
• Respond to mitigation jobs and document status with field reports.
• Sell restoration services to clients and support sales team.
• Serve as project manager for active jobs from start to finish.
• Ensure on-time delivery within budget and uphold quality standards.
• Act as primary client contact with clear updates throughout.
• Monitor profitability and GP across the book of business.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the region.
• Collaborate with cross-region operations to align on best practices.
• Maintain safety compliance and company policies on job sites.
• Support training and onboarding as the team grows.
