Job summary

Renova One seeks an Executive Project Director to own the full lifecycle of restoration projects—from estimating and selling work to managing jobs through completion—in the Washington DC area and surrounding markets. • 5+ years of experience in restoration/construction with a track record in both sales and project management.
• Experience estimating and managing water, fire, mold, or general property restoration projects.
• Experience coordinating crews, scheduling, and jobsite execution.
• Willingness to travel across the United States as needed.

Responsibilities

• Estimate restoration jobs accurately, including scope, pricing, and timeline.
• Respond to and manage mitigation jobs with internal and external resources; document job status through Encircle and provide daily field reports.
• Sell restoration services to new and existing clients when not managing projects, developing relationships with insurance adjusters, property managers, and referral partners.
• Serve as project manager on active jobs, overseeing scheduling, subcontractors/crews, budget, and quality control from start to finish
• Ensure jobs are completed on time, within budget, and to Renova One's quality standards
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the restoration process, providing clear communication and updates
• Monitor job profitability and GP performance across the book of business
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the restoration division
• Collaborate cross-regionally with other Renova One operations and leadership to align on best practices and growth strategy
• Maintain compliance with safety standards, industry regulations, and company policies on all job sites
• Support training and onboarding needs as the team grows

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:

• Estimate restoration jobs accurately, including scope, pricing, and timeline, using T&M Pro, Xactimate and other industry-standard tools


• Respond to and manage mitigation jobs with internal and external resources; document job status through Encircle and provide daily field reports.


• Sell restoration services to new and existing clients when not managing projects, developing relationships with insurance adjusters, property managers, and referral partners. Work with Renova One sales team to provide expert support.


• Serve as project manager on active jobs, overseeing scheduling, subcontractors/crews, budget, and quality control from start to finish


• Ensure jobs are completed on time, within budget, and to Renova One's quality standards


• Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the restoration process, providing clear communication and updates


• Monitor job profitability and GP performance across the book of business

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5+ years of experience in restoration, construction, with a track record in both sales and project management


• Experience estimating and managing water, fire, mold, or general property restoration projects


• Experience coordinating crews, scheduling, and jobsite execution


• Ability to manage multiple jobs simultaneously in a fast-paced environment


• Hands-on, problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail


• Comfortable working both in the field and in an operational coordination capacity


• Familiarity with Xactimate and/or Encircle strongly preferred


• Experience with DocuSketch preferred


• This position may require occasional travel to loss sites throughout the United States
