Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years leadership in healthcare supply chain with P&L
• Proven success leading large, geographically dispersed teams
• Experience with executive/C-suite stakeholders in health systems
• Track record of measurable financial and operational outcomes
• Deep understanding of healthcare supply chain operations
• Coaching and talent development experience
• Strong financial acumen and value-based decision-making
• Executive presence and influence in senior stakeholder environments
• Skilled in high-value negotiations

Responsibilities

• Lead Account Management teams and develop talent pipeline.
• Serve as strategic advisor to client executives to drive value realization.
