The Rector and Dean reports to the Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs and works with university leadership to sustain Trinity's vitality, formation, and mission.

Competenze

• Candidates must be a rostered Minister of Word and Sacrament in good standing in the ELCA.
• Hold an M.Div. or equivalent graduate theological degree and an earned doctorate or other terminal degree.
• Demonstrate deep grounding in Lutheran theology and ELCA practice; articulate Lutheran educational formation.
• Have substantial, progressive leadership in theological education, higher education, or related mission-driven settings.
• Demonstrate ability to lead academically and administratively with stewardship and governance.
