• Provide effective project management, keeping searches forward and creating consistent experiences for hiring managers, clients, applicants and colleagues.
• Partner with executive recruiters to provide domain insights, identify trends, and advise executives on talent for their needs.
• Build relationships with passive candidates and talent for future opportunities.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of systems, services, and processes.

Minimum qualifications:

The Executive Recruiting Team (ERT) helps find, engage and hire the next generation of leadership talent across Google. The team’s work is focused on the critical leadership roles that will be responsible for the future of the company.

As an Executive Recruiting Researcher, you will focus on identifying and cultivating leadership talent to help build, deliver, and drive Google’s technologies and services. You will own the talent market for a particular business or function within Google, utilizing various tools, resources, and sourcing methodologies to identify and engage talent, develop long-lasting relationships, and match candidates with aligned leadership opportunities. In this role, you will solve problems, manage projects and processes, and deliver outcomes. You will have the opportunity to learn, discover, solve business challenges, and build relationships.

US: $111000 - $159000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits
