Google is seeking an Executive Recruiting Researcher to identify and cultivate leadership talent, owning the talent market for a business or function. As an Executive Recruiting Researcher, you will focus on identifying and cultivating leadership talent to help build, deliver, and drive Google’s technologies and services. You will own the talent market for a particular business or function within Google, utilizing various tools, resources, and sourcing methodologies to identify and engage talent, develop long-lasting relationships, and match candidates with aligned leadership opportunities. In this role, you will solve problems, manage projects and processes, and deliver outcomes. You will have the opportunity to learn, discover, solve business challenges, and build relationships.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
US: $111000 - $159000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits
