Job summary

Google is seeking an Executive Recruiting Researcher to identify and cultivate leadership talent, owning the talent market for a business or function. You will engage candidates and match them with aligned leadership opportunities, solving problems and managing projects for hiring managers and clients.

The role supports the People Operations team, delivering data-driven programs and partnering with executive recruiters to influence senior stakeholders across critical business needs.

Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3 years of experience in sourcing or equivalent experience working in Sales, Customer Service, Account Management, Business Development or Operations, Lead Generation or a related field.
• 1 year of of sourcing experience at a recruitment agency or in-house recruiting team.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in executive recruiting (outreach, engagement, evaluation, and presentation).
• Experience maximizing teams as well as individual performance while being a collaborative team player.
• Ability to be accountable, have integrity and authenticity.
• Capability, credibility, and consultative skills to influence senior colleagues and stakeholders without authority.
• Demonstrated success delivering executive services, especially board placement.
• Open learning mindset and demonstrated capacity to quickly grasp new complex subject matter and to understand new markets, areas, roles, business initiatives.

The Executive Recruiting Team (ERT) helps find, engage and hire the next generation of leadership talent across Google. The team’s work is focused on the critical leadership roles that will be responsible for the future of the company.

As an Executive Recruiting Researcher, you will focus on identifying and cultivating leadership talent to help build, deliver, and drive Google’s technologies and services. You will own the talent market for a particular business or function within Google, utilizing various tools, resources, and sourcing methodologies to identify and engage talent, develop long-lasting relationships, and match candidates with aligned leadership opportunities. In this role, you will solve problems, manage projects and processes, and deliver outcomes. You will have the opportunity to learn, discover, solve business challenges, and build relationships.

US: $111000 - $159000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits
