The Executive Recruiting Team (ERT) helps find, engage and hire the next generation of leadership (L8+) talent across Google. The team’s work is focused solely on the critical leadership roles that will be responsible for the future of the company.
As an Executive Recruiting Researcher, you will focus on identifying and cultivating leadership talent who will help build, deliver, and drive our innovative technologies and services. You will own the talent market for a particular business or function with Google, utilizing various tools, resources and exceptional sourcing methodologies to uncover and engage the best talent in the space, to develop meaningful long-lasting relationships, and to ultimately match them with the leadership opportunities to which they are best aligned. You will be an analytical and detail-oriented problem solver, and a strong resourceful manager of projects and processes who delivers impactful outcomes. You have a passion for learning, discovery, solving business puzzles, and developing relationships.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
US: $111000 - $159000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits
