Job description

Ascendo Resources, a CMBE, is expanding our Ft Lauderdale, FL office and seeking a full-desk Recruiter. The recruiter will play a pivotal role in finding new clients, growing existing client relationships, and finding exceptional candidates within our Temporary Professional Services division. This dual-focused position is essential for generating revenue and strengthening our market presence.

Base Pay Range

$40,000.00/yr - $55,000.00/yr

Additional Compensation Types

Commission

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate revenue through business development and client relationship building.
• Building relationships with hiring managers to assist in Temporary, Project, and other staffing solutions to maintain business continuity.
• Identify candidates in various skill sets to meet client requirements.

Skill sets may include: Public Accounting, Corporate Accounting, Tax, Legal, Finance, HR, Customer Service, Admin/Clerical, Logistics, Operations etc. in Entry level thru C-Suite experienced roles.

Requirements:

• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in the staffing industry.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
