Job Summary:

As a Commission-Based Executive Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and placing high-caliber executive candidates for our clients. You will leverage your extensive network, industry knowledge, and sourcing skills to fill leadership roles. This is a fully commission-based role with significant earning potential for a results-driven professional.

Responsibilities:

  1. Full-Cycle Executive Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process from client consultation and job specification to candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and placement.
  2. Strategic Sourcing: Use networking, headhunting, online databases (LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.), and industry events to identify top executive talent.
  3. Candidate Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with executive candidates, providing a positive experience.
  4. Market Research: Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to advise clients and candidates.
  5. Maintain Accurate Records: Track interactions and keep records in our CRM system, providing regular updates.
  6. Independent Operation: Manage your own time and resources to meet targets.
