Job summary

Impulse Space is seeking an Executive Recruiter in Redondo Beach to lead full-cycle recruiting for senior leadership across engineering, manufacturing, and corporate functions. You will partner closely with the CEO and hiring managers to identify, engage, and attract top executive talent for critical roles.

You will build strong leadership pipelines, manage the interview process discreetly, and provide market insights on compensation and hiring activity to shape the company’s growth strategy.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of recruiting experience, including success recruiting senior leadership and executive talent.
• Experience managing full-cycle recruiting for complex, high-impact roles.
• Proven ability to source and engage passive candidates through direct outreach and networking.
• Strong candidate assessment, negotiation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for executive and senior leadership roles, from intake to close.
• Partner with the CEO, executive team, and hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring priorities.
• Develop targeted search strategies to identify top passive candidates across aerospace, defense, technology, and related fields.
• Build and maintain robust leadership talent pipelines for current and future needs.
• Manage candidate relationships and provide a discreet, professional interviewing experience.
• Provide market intelligence on compensation, organizational structures, and competitive hiring activity.
• Lead offer development and negotiations with hiring managers and People Operations.
