Job summary

Lambda in the United States is seeking an experienced Executive Recruiter to help shape the leadership team as we scale from startup to market leader. You will lead end-to-end executive search for C-suite, VP, and senior director roles across engineering, product, Sales, Marketing, Operations and Finance, partnering with founders and the board to define role requirements and ideal candidate profiles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
• 10+ years of executive search experience, with at least 4 years focused on technology sector roles
• Proven track record of successfully placing C‑suite and VP‑level executives at high‑growth technology companies
• Extensive network of relationships with executive talent in relevant industries
• Deep understanding of semiconductor, GPU, AI/ML, or related hardware/software technology markets
• Experience working with venture‑backed startups and understanding of startup dynamics
• Familiarity with cloud computing, AI infrastructure, or related technologies
• Experience recruiting for companies that have scaled through rapid growth phases (Series A through IPO)
• Previous experience at top‑tier executive search firms (Russell Reynolds, Korn Ferry, Heidrick & Struggles, etc.)
• In‑house recruiting experience at high‑growth technology companies
• Established relationships with technology executives, particularly in Silicon Valley and other major tech hubs
• Track record of recruiting diverse executive talent and building inclusive leadership teams
