This entry point offers a clear path toward Senior Associate, with cross-training across monitoring, access control, threat reporting, and incident response.

The role emphasizes discretion, integrity, and teamwork, with rotating shifts that may include nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years in security, law enforcement, military, hospitality, or related field.
• Attention to detail with multiple information sources (cameras, logs, comms).
• Calm judgment and knowing when to act, elevate, or hold.
• Polished appearance and demeanor for high-visibility, high-discretion environment.
• Physical fitness required due to operating environment (walking/running hills).
• Ability to create professional documents/reports for team/org.
• Integrity and discretion with sensitive information near executives.
• Comfort learning security/monitoring systems, comps/tools, reporting software.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts including nights, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Residential Security Coverage: Provide round-the-clock security at a residential property as part of a rotating shift.
• Monitoring & Threat Reporting: Monitor cameras and access points, document and report activity, hand off findings to intelligence.
• Access Control: Screen and coordinate visitors, deliveries, and vendors per protocols.
• Logistics Coordination: Plan and manage scheduling, shift handoffs, and coverage during events or executive travel.
• Incident Response: Respond to security incidents following escalation procedures.
• Professional Conduct: Serve as a trusted point of contact for executives with discretion and high professionalism.
