Job summary

Blue Goose Security Transportation LLC is seeking experienced Executive Protection Agent/Protective Driver for the Dallas–Fort Worth area. This part‑time W‑2 role starts at $39.00/hour for 15–25 hours/week with potential full‑time conversion as the company grows.

Initial schedule is part‑time with a view to conversion; benefits include W‑2 employment, payroll taxes, and legal protections. Occasional travel within the DFW metroplex may be required.

Qualifications

• Texas DPS Level 4 PPO license (current, or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire)
• Valid Texas Driver’s License (Class C minimum) with clean driving record
• Clean criminal history and background check
• Firearms proficiency and ability to pass Blue Goose firearms qualification

Responsibilities

• Provide close protection and secure transportation for principals
• Conduct threat assessment and environmental monitoring
• Execute defensive and evasive driving techniques as required
• Perform advance reconnaissance and route planning for assignments
• Execute emergency response protocols (medical, threats, evacuations)
• Deliver a seamless, luxury client experience befitting C‑suite executives and high‑profile individuals
• Maintain discretion and confidentiality of principal information and movements
• Complete accurate trip documentation and after‑action reporting
• Maintain vehicle to Blue Goose inspection standards and report issues
