Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace is seeking a Sr Security Professional (Finance) to lead and implement the Executive Protection Program for its executives, including the CEO. You will design protective measures and coordinate with internal and external partners to mitigate risks.

The role is hybrid and requires travel domestically and internationally, with availability outside standard hours to support executive schedules and security needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years' experience in executive protection, corporate security, or law enforcement.
• Proven expertise in risk assessment, security strategy development, and crisis management.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills; ability to handle sensitive information.
• Ability to travel frequently and respond to emergencies outside of normal hours.
• Eligible for a firearm license in accordance with applicable laws.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the management of the executive protection program, ensuring alignment with objectives and industry best practices.
• Implement and execute security measures to safeguard the CEO at residence, office, and during travel.
• Evaluate threats and vulnerabilities through ongoing risk analysis.
• Develop and update protection strategies tailored to executive profiles and itineraries.
• Coordinate and execute logistics for executive movements, including transportation and site visits.
• Work with security teams, admin staff, and vendors to integrate protection efforts.
• Create and implement plans addressing risks, including emergency protocols and technology deployment.
• Oversee access control, surveillance, and physical security of executive spaces.
