Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace is seeking an Executive Protection Professional to join a high-visibility security program protecting the CEO and other executives. The role involves risk analysis, strategy development, and coordinating domestic and international travel in a fast‑paced environment.

The position is hybrid, with travel at short notice and after-hours work required to align with executive schedules and security needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in executive protection, corporate security, or law enforcement.
• Proven expertise in risk assessment, security strategy development, and crisis management.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent judgment, discretion, and ability to handle sensitive information.
• Willingness to travel frequently and respond during off-hours.
• Eligible for a firearm license as per applicable laws.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the management of the executive protection program.
• Implement security measures to safeguard the CEO at residence, office, and during travel.
• Evaluate threats and vulnerabilities through risk analysis and intelligence.
• Develop protection strategies tailored to executive profiles and itineraries.
• Coordinate logistics for executive movements, including transport and accommodations.
• Collaborate with security teams, support staff, and external vendors.
• Create and implement plans addressing risks, emergencies, and security tech deployment.
• Oversee physical security of executive workspaces, access control, and surveillance.
