Job summary

Pinkerton is seeking an Executive Protection Coordinator assigned to a specific client to lead the Executive Protection team and oversee day-to-day household operations.

You will conduct risk assessments, develop protective strategies, coordinate travel security, and train staff while managing budgets and collaborating with agents, drivers, and vendors to ensure seamless protection services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in security or risk management with seven years of experience in enterprise security.
• Texas DPS Personal Protection Officer/Level IV license and TX LTC Permit or Equivalent.
• Able to work independently, under pressure, and collaboratively at various levels.
• Extensive experience in household management and security/executive protection.

Responsibilities

• Supervise executive protection team and manage admin duties, including schedules, travel, and timesheets.
• Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify threats and vulnerabilities for the client.
• Develop, plan, and implement comprehensive personal protection strategies.
• Coordinate with agents, drivers, and vendors to ensure seamless protection services.
• Communicate with client and staff about planned security procedures and precautions.
• Manage household staff, logistics, and daily operations with high service standards.
• Serve as liaison between client and vendors for clear communication and smooth operations.
• Plan travel arrangements including transport, lodging, and itineraries.
• Train security personnel in executive protection techniques and protocols.
• Stay current with industry regulations and standards related to risk management.
• Manage the budget for executive protection operations.
