Job summary

Pinkerton is seeking an Executive Protection Coordinator in the United States (TX-Waco) to lead a client-specific protection team and manage day-to-day household operations. Responsibilities include risk assessments, strategy development, and coordinating travel security for the client.

The role requires seven years in enterprise security or risk management, a Texas PPSO Level IV license plus TX LTC, and strong cross-cultural communication skills. Hybrid work with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in security or risk management; seven years of enterprise security or risk management experience.
• Texas DPS Personal Protection Officer/Level IV license and TX LTC Permit or Equivalent required.
• Able to work independently under pressure and collaboratively across organizational levels.
• Extensive experience in household management and executive protection.
• Strong intercultural communication and project coordination skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Represent Pinkerton's values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
• Supervise executive protection team members and manage schedules, travel and timesheets.
• Conduct risk assessments to identify threats and vulnerabilities for the client.
• Develop, plan, and implement comprehensive personal protection strategies.
• Coordinate with agents, drivers, and other security professionals to ensure seamless protection.
• Communicate security procedures to client and staff and keep them informed.
• Manage household staff, logistics and daily operations.
• Train security personnel in executive protection techniques.
• Stay current with industry regulations related to risk management.
• Manage budget for executive protection operations.
