Job summary

DPR Construction seeks an executive-level leader to provide oversight for multiple large projects or a mega project with significant complexity and stakeholder engagement. The role ensures safety, quality, schedule, and financial outcomes while guiding senior project leaders and client relations at the DPR level.

You will partner with field operations and senior leadership to optimize delivery, manage complex contracts, and drive enterprise-wide improvements across a diversified portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification preferred. OSHA 30 program completion within 6 months of hire is required.
• 10+ years of experience in construction project management or operations required.

Responsibilities

• Provides executive oversight and accountability for multiple large projects or a mega project, ensuring alignment with DPR Construction’s objectives.
• Leads and develops project executives and managers, setting performance expectations and execution discipline.
• Oversees project financial performance, forecasting, risk management and contract strategy.
