Qualifications
12+ years of progressive experience in construction management or development delivery.
Strong understanding of construction means and methods and contract administration.
Proven experience managing General Contractors under GMP contracts.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary owner-side authority during active construction.
Lead construction execution to ensure conformance with approved scope, budget, schedule, and quality standards.
Proactively identify execution risks and escalate to the Development Director.
