Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive experience in construction management or development delivery.
• Strong understanding of construction means and methods and contract administration.
• Proven experience managing General Contractors under GMP contracts.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary owner-side authority during active construction.
• Lead construction execution to ensure conformance with approved scope, budget, schedule, and quality standards.
• Proactively identify execution risks and escalate to the Development Director.
