Job summary

NTH Consultants, Ltd. is seeking a Project Director to provide executive leadership for the Environmental Division, guiding strategic planning, budgeting, and client relationships across multiple Michigan offices.

You will mentor managers, drive growth, ensure regulatory compliance, and oversee project delivery within scope, schedule, and budget while maintaining high-quality standards and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering or related field.
• 15+ years of leadership experience in civil/environmental consulting.
• Strong communication and client-service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership, strategic direction, and financial governance for the Environmental Division.
• Lead and mentor Department and Project Managers; drive growth and operational excellence.
• Develop new markets, expand service offerings, and strengthen client relationships.
