Job summary

POTOMAC MANAGEMENT SOLUTIONS seeks an experienced Program Manager with an active secret clearance to lead HQ Services programs. You will interface with the CO, COR, government managers and customer agency representatives, overseeing the entire program and ensuring mission-aligned execution.

You will develop strategic plans, provide leadership to program staff, and manage day-to-day operations to drive efficiency and effectiveness, risk and quality management, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Active secret clearance required.
8+ years of program management experience with a focus on risk management, innovation and quality management systems.
PMP certification required.
Masters degree or 12 years related experience.

Responsibilities

Serve as the Contractor’s executive leadership and interface with the Contracting Officer (CO), the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR), government management personnel and customer agency representatives.
Oversee the entire HQ Services program.
Develop and implement strategic plans to align program objectives with customer mission and goals.
Provide leadership to program staff and manage day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
