Bushwick Adult Day Care in Brooklyn, NY is seeking an experienced Program Director for our Adult Day Care program. The ideal candidate will have ADC background and be highly organized to lead daily operations and ensure high-quality care.

The role requires managerial experience, strong leadership and excellent communication skills to coordinate staff, admissions, and regulatory compliance in a fast-paced environment. Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Must have managerial experience and strong leadership abilities.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Background in Adult Day Care (ADC) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform/direct all marketing/outreach activities to diversify the registrant base and increase program census.
• Plan, develop, organize, and implement all activities and services provided by the program.
• Ensure established guidelines, regulations, and fiscal restraints are observed.
• Develop and maintain administrative plans and procedures.
• Coordinate admission data with RN and Social Worker.
• Evaluate eligibility for program acceptance.
• Oversee staff, students, and volunteers, including hiring, training, evaluating, and terminating.
• Ensure compliance with licensing regulations.
• Prepare and conduct information, outreach, education and advocacy programs.
• Participate in community and professional meetings and seminars (ADC Council).
• Prepare monthly reports including census and daily operations summaries.
