Job summary

United Talent Agency seeks a Principal Product Manager to own strategy, design, and delivery of enterprise‑level financial systems supporting internal stakeholders and clients. This role requires leadership across ERP, accounting, payments, and reporting platforms to drive compliant, scalable, and transformative digital experiences.

The role collaborates with Finance, Legal, Operations, IT, and Engineering to translate complex business needs into actionable roadmaps and outcomes, mentoring PMs

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience with enterprise financial systems or complex accounting/payments products.
• Proven ability to own delivery of major products or components and align roadmaps with business goals.
• Experience integrating technology with finance and operations to drive efficiency and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Own strategic planning and execution for major financial systems initiatives.
• Lead full product lifecycle from concept to deployment for ERP, accounting, payment, and reporting systems.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Operations, IT, and Engineering to translate business needs into scalable product solutions.
• Design and maintain technical roadmaps informed by market analysis and customer feedback.
• Develop detailed product deliverables guiding technical teams (PRFAQs, epics, user stories).
• Allocate resources and manage dependencies across projects to meet milestones and KPIs.
• Lead data-driven decisions by defining metrics and analyzing datasets with SQL or Python.
• Conduct demos and training to drive adoption and gather feedback.
• Mentor junior product managers and advise senior leadership on strategy.
