Job summary

YoYo Studios is building Meme Wars, a 3D mobile arena fighter where internet memes fight each other. This role oversees production from sprint planning to delivery, coordinating between engineering, art, animation and design while reporting directly to the founder.

The position is fully remote with a monthly salary of $12,800 plus equity. You’ll bring 5+ years producing games, have shipped at least one title, and be comfortable with budgets, burn rate, and agile workflows.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years producing games.
• Shipped at least one mobile or console title with production ownership.
• Managed remote/distributed teams and contractors.
• Comfortable with budgets, burn rates, cost tracking.
• Basic Unity literacy.
• Agile/Kanban experience.

$12,800/month + Equity. Fully remote. Report direct to the founder.

What You'd Do

In essence a creative head of product not a monotonous manager.

Requirements

• 5+ years producing games
• Shipped at least one mobile or console title where you owned production
• Managed remote/distributed teams and contractors
• Comfortable with budgets, burn rates, cost tracking
• Basic Unity literacy
• Agile/Kanban experience

• F2P / mobile monetization experience
• Fighting game or competitive multiplayer background
