Job summary

Gore is seeking an Executive Producer to lead end-to-end production for stills and video, partnering with Marketing, Product, Merchandising, and Sales to align content with business goals. You will manage internal resources and external partners, balancing creative ambition with budgets and timelines.

This role is based at our Bozeman facility with a hybrid work arrangement. You will oversee budgets, schedules, contracts, and scopes of work, ensuring high-quality output and timely delivery

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional production experience in production company, agency, studio, or internal brand org.
• Experience managing budgets, timelines, contracts, vendors, crews, and deliverables.
• Experience leading external production partners and complex productions.
• Proven track record of end-to-end production across stills and video.
• Strong understanding of the full production process from concept to delivery.
• Highly organized with multiple productions and competing priorities.
• Strong communication and collaboration across Creative, Marketing, Product, Merchandising, Sales.
• Hands-on willingness to contribute on set or in pre-/post-production.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end production for still photography and video from scope to final delivery.
• Partner with Marketing, Product, Merchandising, and Sales to identify content needs and priorities.
• Translate concepts into executable productions with the Creative team.
• Manage external partners: production companies, directors, photographers, DPs, crews, editors, and vendors.
• Own budgets, estimates, schedules, contracts, scopes of work, invoices, and deliverables.
• Oversee production logistics: locations, crews, travel, equipment, permits, insurance, releases.
• Build and maintain a network of external production talent and partners.
• Anticipate challenges and maintain creative quality, budget, and timeline.
