SITKA Gear in Bozeman, MT seeks an Executive Producer to lead end-to-end still and video production from scope through final delivery. Partner with Marketing, Product, Merchandising, and Sales to align content with business goals and set production priorities that meet creative standards.

SITKA is looking for an experienced Executive Producer to lead end-to-end production across our still and video content. This role is a functional leader within the Creative team, responsible for bringing creative work to life from initial scoping and pre-production through shoot execution, post-production, and final delivery.
The Executive Producer will partner closely with the Head of Creative & Creative Director, Creative team, Marketing, Product, Merchandising, and Sales to identify content needs, establish priorities, develop production approaches, and ensure work is delivered at the highest creative standard. The role will manage both internal resources and external production partners, balancing creative ambition with budgets, timelines, and business needs.
We are looking for a proven producer who knows how to make things happen. Someone who can lead a complex production, anticipate problems, build the right team, manage the details, and jump in wherever needed to get the work across the finish line.
This position will be located at our facility in Bozeman, Montana, with the possibility of a hybrid work arrangement.
