Job summary

NBC Connecticut's CT Live seeks an Executive Producer/Producer to lead Connecticut's premier lifestyle show. You will set the creative vision, direct editorial strategy, and manage daily production across broadcast, streaming, social, and digital platforms.

You’ll guide on-air talent, shape content, and partner with sales for sponsorships while maintaining editorial integrity. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in television production, strong leadership, and a track record delivering high‑quality

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in television production, lifestyle programming, news, or related media field.
Proven experience producing live or live-to-tape daily or weekly television programming.
Proven experience producing content for multiple platforms (linear, streaming, digital, social).

Responsibilities

Set long-term creative vision for CT Live and evolve the brand.
Lead editorial strategy and daily production of CT Live across platforms.
Oversee editorial planning and show execution to ensure timely, engaging content.
Build and coach a high-performing team of hosts and production staff.
Develop engaging lifestyle content and branded partnerships for multiplatform campaigns.
