Job summary

NBC Connecticut's CT Live is seeking an Executive Producer/Producer to lead Connecticut's premier lifestyle show. You will shape the creative vision, oversee daily production, and guide a talented team across broadcast, streaming, social, and digital platforms.

The role requires bold leadership, strong editorial judgment, and a track record of multi-platform storytelling with sponsor integration. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, and Digital teams to grow audiences, deliver engaging

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in television production, lifestyle programming, or related media field.
• Proven experience producing live or live-to-tape daily or weekly television programming.
• Experience producing content for multiple platforms (linear, streaming, digital, social) with audience engagement insight.

Responsibilities

• Set the long-term creative vision for CT Live and evolve the brand across platforms.
• Lead the creative vision, editorial strategy, and daily production of CT Live across broadcast, streaming, social, and digital platforms.
• Oversee editorial planning and show execution to ensure timely, engaging content aligned with CT Live brand.
• Produce and lead CT Live daily broadcasts with real-time editorial and production decisions for quality viewer experience.
• Build and mentor a high-performing team of on-air talent and production staff, fostering creativity and accountability.
