Job summary

NBC Connecticut's CT Live is seeking an Executive Producer/Producer to lead Connecticut's premier lifestyle show. You will shape the creative vision, oversee daily production, and guide a talented team across broadcast, streaming, social, and digital platforms.

The role requires bold leadership, strong editorial judgment, and a track record of multi-platform storytelling with sponsor integration. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, and Digital teams to grow audiences, deliver engaging

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in television production, lifestyle programming, or related media field.
Proven experience producing live or live-to-tape daily or weekly television programming.
Experience producing content for multiple platforms (linear, streaming, digital, social) with audience engagement insight.

Responsibilities

Set the long-term creative vision for CT Live and evolve the brand across platforms.
Lead the creative vision, editorial strategy, and daily production of CT Live across broadcast, streaming, social, and digital platforms.
Oversee editorial planning and show execution to ensure timely, engaging content aligned with CT Live brand.
Produce and lead CT Live daily broadcasts with real-time editorial and production decisions for quality viewer experience.
Build and mentor a high-performing team of on-air talent and production staff, fostering creativity and accountability.
